OMFG, Crysis 2 dev build leaked!

Really now - what problems have you run into? I've been playing for an hour and a half - no game-breaking bugs yet :P

I kind of like all the debug info - it tells me that my video card sucks ^^

"YOUR CPU IS WAITING ON THE VIDEO CARD BY 32ms"
and... on average, like 500,000 polys a second

Oh - and I'm totally buying this when it's out for real ^^

Heh, i guess that depends on a lot. The biggest game breaking thing, are the crashes. They're completely random, and they happen so often ( Like maybe every minute ). I tried lowering the resolution to 800 by 600, which works. But then i have missing textures and what not.

Yesterday, i was actually at a friends place, and he had the beta working on his PC. Looks pretty good so far. I also tried the multiplayer part out, on the xbox. Feels pretty sweet.

I'm gonna wait till the PC demo comes out, and then i might just pre order it.

Sounds like the game is still finnicky on some hardware :P I haven't seen any missing textures O.o

So far, I'm only having scripted event isssues - The game has only crashed on me once an an hour and a half - I had some audio issues as well, but I think it's related to my sound card. (not the game)

Also - the graphics can be changed to higher settings - but apparently some of them don't work?

I only start missing textures when my card gets hot. Other than that I'm running windows 7 x64 and have had literally zero problems.

Here's my baby running at whatever the default settings are... what textures go missing when you're playing? I'm beginning to wonder if it's a hardware issue too :P

It's a legitimate problem but, since this is a beta, it occurs on only certain hardware. I've heard other people complain about it on other forums.
