She's Eastern European. There's not a single "East Asian" character in StarCraft 2 or even unitwise.

Hell you don't even know what race the Marauder is. He could've just grown up in a roughside of Mar Sara and caught on the accent.

My Vietnamese friend with a Nu Joisy accent laughs at such a notion.

That being said, other than the hair, she doesn't look particularly Asian. Besides, in such a setting, it would be odd for people to look like such Earthly ethnicities given the generations removed from such isolation.

Hair and surname. Han is a surname unique to Chinese and Korean people.

But that's what I meant when I said anime hair - zany hair colours not seen on most people, in this case being Mira Han's pink hair and Echo's blue/purple hair. As for Mira not being Asian, her surname (which is, in my opinion, a better indicator than accent) would indicate otherwise.
