Sarah Kerrigan is a female human or was a female human. Despite her transformation she still preserved her female nature and body. While you might find fanmade art regarding this kind of things around the web, Blizzard is a conservative company which would never add such content as part of their "teen" ranked games. I have 2 questions for you. Here they are:

1) The sex of Sarah Kerrigan
Is Sarah a female? I need your confirmation on this because some amature artist that draws her making her a dick girl (a person who is female with a penis) and I like to tell them that you created her as a 100% woman before and after her transformation to her Queen Of Blades incarnation.

2) The Terran Armor
I am wondering is there any technical specs of the Terran Marine Armor? So how does work? Also how does someone wearing the armor relieve themselves?

Is that official artwork? You would have a point if it was drawn by Metzen but that looks like fan art.

Well, see, ChrisHanssen, I don't think anyone thought your second question was funny (although a quick google search might have saved you some time).

However, I just don't see Blizzard making the deliberate decision to make Kerrigan a hermaphrodite when it would have no impact on the game and wreak havoc on their T rating. I'm pretty sure you stumbled onto some fan-made porn. And anything can happen in fan-made porn.

I'm not sure how a random guy drawing a picture of Kerrigan with a penis hurts anyone. Certainly no worse than any other hentai you may run across.
