Gather all units in ONE point?

Hey,
i observed an IcCup game yesterday (TvP) and i saw a strange (but effective strategy).
The Terran Player took about 15 SCV's and somehow he gathered them in one point. So the SCV's "overlayed" themselves and it looked like it was one SCV(well not exaclty but you know what i mean). So he went to the Protoss Base and attacked with this together gathered SCV the Nexus... and the hell but he destroyed it(losing some of the SCV's but he delayed him like Hell).
I saw this Gathering in other games so does anybody knows how to make this? I tried everything and it only works if you send 10 scv's on a mineral field but they "Ungather" then after the next command. And it happend to me once accidently.
So do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance

Worker glide? It's known bug, which is forbiden on Iccup (and in any other league). I wouldn't recommend learning how to do that since you would end up being disqualified...
I never bothered finding out how it's done though.

SCV stack can be done by selecting (and also grouping up with Ctrl + #) SCVs and holding Shift down while right-clicking on a Geyser, 2-7 times. The 3rd-8th click must be coordinated on a visible building or unit, and the SCVs will attack it in a stack.
