Im a warcraft 3 player and i just got a beta key from the raffle on this site a couple of days ago.
I found this forum via youtube from the starcraft legacy channel, after listening to a few of crotas commentaries or shoutcasts.
I m only in copper but i do like the protoss race and at the present point in time im really enjoyin gstarcraft beta!

Started playing SC2 a couple weeks ago, getting better I hope , played SC:BW on and off for 4 years, very infrequently though, mostly consisting of UMS games cause I hated 1v1s back then (D'oh).

Looking to make good time on SC2, may even consider moving over from competitive halo if things go well. Really need a new computer though.. Probably going to try get a job over summer to pay for it .

Maybe not quite haha, but I have a good mental game and so far thats been helping me out. My only problem really is APM and my major lag issues .

It'd be cool to move into being a multi-game user though, and as they're pretty contrasting I could get away with attending events for both without them clashing. Seems to me SC2 has the much bigger scene though, which is why I'm interested.

I and top1UK AoE2 player have been talking about moving over together from Halo, atm he slaps me purely cause of his speed haha.

Everyone has the lag issues as of the latest patch, as for your APM, your play a fps, play a PC FPS such as Quake 3 or UT that should increase your reflexes with a mouse.

Ahh but you forget, Halo pratically plays itself for you. Gotta love auto aim/assisted aiming.
