    My favourites:

All In (Brutal; both modes): Bloody hard to complete. Damn the leviatan and Kerrigan... Nydus where annoying as hell too

In Utter Darkness (Brutal): pretty replayable and fun. I got over 3000 kills on brutal the first time I cleared it out ^^. Then, I find out there are no campaign replays.

The Dig (Brutal): I dare you all to kill a protoss base on this mission

Media Blitz (Brutal): Best raid mission in the game.

Piercing the Shroud (Brutal): This mission was amazingly difficult too. Only Raynor made it out

Outbreak (Brutal): Day and night mecanic made my day.

    My Least Favourite:

Zero Hour: There is no way I'm playing through this mission on another difficulty than brutal...

Haven's Fall: Zerg where not a thread in this mission...

Echoes of the Future: Bloody slow or bloody cheesy.

The Moebius Factor, Engine of Destruction, Maw of the Void, Belly of the Beast, Cuttrouth, Supernova, Breakout (All Brutal): This is basically a list of missions I wish were actually hard on brutal. While playing through them I just thought they were really slow. Some where fun due to their mechanics, but not even challenging.

I hated the mineral race one, because its boring.

I liked best the all in, tosh first mission and the one with the zombies.

The most favorite was definitely "All in" in Brutal mode and without the use of Nova.

I think Supernova on brutal was fun, I did it marine/marauder/tank/viking style
The hole Prophecy part a absolutely loved!
The Devil’s Playground was fun, though really easy. But it was one big reaper playground, and when you can't really use reapers in multiplayer any more, It is good to have a little jetpack action

The gates of hell mission was so stupid, I just wanted to kick in General Warfields face, with a copy of starship troopers!!!
And the last part of the mission, is just the Duke misson again, without all the cool political stuff. zomg Blizzard!

I really enjoyed most of the missions, but my favourites were definitely the infiltration installation type missions.

Especially the secret mission, it was really cool.

The Dig was great too, I loved scanning random areas of the Protoss base and blowing up their Nexus with impunity (only to see they rebuild it, to my dismay).

My least favourite missions were the Zeratul missions. It wasn't so much of the gameplay as it was the dialogue and voice acting that just made it unbearable to play.

But the gameplay itself wasn't much of an improvement either, especially where you make your final stand against the Zerg before dying. The badly voice acted Artanis + friends and their lazily thrown in "hero portraits" just didn't make it worth sitting through.

Supernova pissed me off on brutal so I'd say that this is the one I hate the most.

My favorite has to be outbreak. Gotta love zombie survival missions!

My favorite was piercing the shroud because it was so refreshingly different from the majority of the game where I was just massing and swarming. It added some real tension, something I've seen few RTS games do.

Well, I've only been dabbling in the campaign on medium, (fer all the easy achievements - ha!) but I always have a problem with the "save x amount of whatever" style missions, so pretty much everything in the Dr. Hansen section of the game. Levels like, 'Evacuation" and "Safe Haven" definitely needed a couple of restarts.

I used to hate 'Installation" style missions (they bugged me to no end in WC3) but they've definitely improved this time around - The unique abilities (Nova's Dominate - Tosh's super shield) definitely helped make those levels much more interesting.

As overdone as they are, I still love the "Alamo" type missions; ("hold the base for X minutes" ?) - Used to love setting up the army men forts as a kid, and those levels just really bring that back. :-)

The missions were too gimmicky. Most basically boiled down to "here's a crazy scenario, but we got the perfect unit for it! Spam this unit and win the level!" Or just make M&M and steamroll the enemy.

The only mission that didn't follow that formula was Engine of Destruction. Not surprisingly, this mission is one of the more difficult ones because the unit you're supposed to spam isn't the wraith (which is garbage) but SV + Banshees + Vikings.
