I played MGS 3 & 4.

MGS 3 was the best in terms of managing to balance both the cutscenes and the gameplay. And the fact that Subsistence added a brand new camera actually improved my immersion...

I am probably getting it soon considering how my friends are pestering me for the multiplayer, which means another 'wonderful' time in the land of Starcraft 2's story :p
