Nope, to do this you need to have a huge map that contains multiple maps.
When you load a map you can only use that map or parts of that map.
Meaning, If there was a 1v1 Ladder Obs it'd be one HUGE...

It's also aggravating when I am at protoss's ramp and he warps in a sentry and force fields to ramp, It's just a mechanic, a part of Terran gameplay, it's not game breaking

while I think Thors are too strong currently against zerg but with their dmg halfed vs light units they're not worth 6 supplies anymore, they don't cliff walk and don't even do splash damage

I don't see why everyone wants to see Terran nerfed, from force fields to storms to colossus protoss has every tool to deal with Terran Pressure etc.
Zerg has a bit of a shorter end of the stick...
