So the replicant is 1:1? not dependent on the unit its copying?

Perhaps the replicant can be used on you own units? Something like fast response counter? Like you need an extra immortal/stalker/void ray/etc.

I don't think it's fair to compare the Defiler and Infestor. The defiler is a tier 3 unit so of course it has better spells.

What I meant was it may have been made to absorb Zerg and Protoss to use the energy for something else, but it ends up killing them in the end. Like those Phoenix things in Lefacy of the Xel'Naga.

Perhaps the artifact is NOT a weapon. Maybe its primary use is different but it's secondary effects of damaging Protoss and Zerg was an invaluable tool.

Aside from the 3 meter height stated in the Box of SC1, there wasn't anything in SC1 that compares Terran height with Protoss height visually.
