What about the Protoss Mothership? The Mothership Core can turn into the actual Mothership, but what does the Mothership have now as its abilities? Can it still cloak and use Vortex?

HotS does not take place 2 years after WoL. BW ends in 2501, and WoL starts in late 2505 and ends in 2506, when HotS starts.
