Obviously the best ideology is the one maintained by the UED.
On the subject, do we have any source telling us that the UED changed their stance on a pure human breed?
I know they had 'Ghosts' in the campaign but I'm skeptical as to whether they were actually psychic operatives, or just special operatives in advanced suits.
The UED's Ghosts are psychic, as it says in the UED Victory Report cinematic that "Directorate psychics and powerful drugs are keeping the creature (the Overmind) pacified".
As for the best ideology, I'm going to have to go with the Protoss on this one, as they usually leave other people alone.
Agreed. Some of that is seen in WoL when Stetmann says that he doesn't knows why didn't the Protoss took over the known universe with that kind of technology, that maybe they just don't want to.Quote:

I suspect with their genetic purge, their ghosts are probably weaker psychics than Koprulu Sector ghosts. But there's no actual evidence to back that up.

What makes you say that though? It's possible that earth is less tech and even more corrupt than the confederacy - otherwise they'd colonize the F'in milky way for all we know. Seriously, they abandoned their old ideals what with going back on killing 200 million people. Y'know how insane that is? That's worse than what they showed in the animatrix.
