Me and Limbomaster decided to do some 2v2's. Like was said in TLOwnage "sometimes you play your placement matches against people not of your same skill". This time, it was the opponents who were outmatched.
Attachment 1723
Edutainment. First off, to show that in 2v2's it is not over until you GG or they do. Secondly, to see some lower ranked players have to deal with me being pissed off, and the idle banter during the game was pretty funny.
Screw your 20 minute rule, I am a rebel rebel. This replay is 21, count it, 21 minutes long. That is right, I am hardcore rebel in mah sweatpants getting readies for bed. Yea they are obviously outmatched, but I am submitting more towards the fact that it was basically "well gee I just lost all but 6 of my workers but thats totally fine, I got this" and went ahead and won. You want dying slowly? I died so slowly they died first. /trollface\
A few more replays to add to the mix for you.
Game 1:PvP SkullzX vs Silencbank Attachment 1724
Pure entertainment. And if you show this replay you MUST tell the audience this back story: Me and SkullzX are always bashing each other for the fun of it before, during, and after our games. So during the game SkullzX claims he has better micro (I will let you all be the judge of that-pause at 7:40 to compare army sizes). Afterward Limbomaster wraps up the game's happenings rather nicely when he tells Skullz after the game:Hidden Content:
Game 2: ZvZ SkullzX vs Silencbank Attachment 1726
Entertainment. Since me and my practice partners get tired of always having the exact same matchups all the time, we often have days that we just go Random vs Random to expand our thinking and not be so bland in our games.
Game 3:PvP SkullzX vs Silencbank Attachment 1725
Bonus replay only!! Warning: 29 minutes long. So do not play if you do not have the time to.
Edutainment. This game happened right after the replay I posted that happened on Shakuras Plateau. I was absolutely dead tired at this point and just wanted to go to sleep so I tried something that I have done maybe 3 times (dt rush). After the business with the early dt's settled the game became a larger macro style game. The reason it is also part educational is to show people that if you have the threat of dts, your opponent can not move out until they have mobile detection. The game also shows an idea to try to not have to build Colossi in PvP. The game is pretty boring for the most part after I get my natural up, so you can fast forward a bit until the next confrontation and you will not miss much if anything.
another Limbo vs Burito game :P
1v1 Limbomaster vs alazyburito
Harsh or funny either works
Ok, gonna compile the list of replays for next week, I know they have been racking up, but between the holidays and me rebuilding a computer, this may be a good thing for next week.
I'll also take time to preview them beforehand to maybe see about giving more feedback. We'll see :)
This listing is for my own benefit:

There are a few that I didn't link here on purpose... Firstly because I would rather link games that go by a basic format I ask. I truly want to know if you want to entertain people with general thoughts or if you want critical analysis and ways to see improvement in your playstyle. I will admit, I'm not teh uberz.. but I'm good enough to give what I feel is a good perspective from an outside view. One that may even be incorrect enough to provoke a good conversation and possibly improve my own skills and understanding of the game.Quote:
Anywho, Keep them posting, this is NOT the limited amount of what I'm doing this upcoming wednesday and I may just start tossing in replays off and on in my other days. If I start getting enough replays such as this, I may actually feel good about it and more comfortable... especially now that I have a computer that loves me ;)
I'll upload afew of my games from this week, not great games but kinda cool ones.
Racial Matchup: Zerg vs Terran (Opponent is 2800 Diamond)
Requested Analysis Style: Entertainment
Notes: This is a great example of what to do when a terran offensive bunkers your ramp; How not to panic and slowly and methodically break out and apply enough pressure to make him feel too spread out to defend.

Racial Matchup: Protoss vs Protoss (Opponent is 2400 Diamond)
Requested Analysis Style: Entertainment
Notes: Another game on what to do when significantly falling behind early, and how to maintain your cool and using forcefields to regain an advantage (Forcefields are such a game changer when used properly).

I'll do so for ya man :) Thanks for the contribs.
Gifted, you told me to work on my scouting A LOT... so I would like to think I am doing a better job now. This is a zerg vs prottoss match up. It is however 30 minutes long, so I understand if you don't want to cast it, but in my opinion it was a really good game.
The prottoss player is a mid diamond league player. I feel that this is about the level of play through out the match. There was early aggression, and decent unit compositions.
I would like to be told anything I REALLY need to work on to improve my game play.
I know this is a double post and those get annoying, but I have 2 replays that are around 14 minutes and 11 minutes. I don't know how to add files when editing a post, so I had to make another. These replays are mirror matches.
In one of the games, I had to deal with a proxy barracks inside of my main, and in the ZvZ I had to deal with fast roaches and the race into mutas.
I would like to know if I responded correctly to the proxy or if there is a more efficient way. As for the ZvZ replay, I think that can just be more of an entertainment match.
Doubleposting in this thread is just fine man :)
First game playing as terran, want critiques
2 1v1s and 1 2v2
vs Eric
the 2v2 is a league w/ me and Rashku, 24 minutes
I think I am finally getting a bit of knowledge about Terran. Here is a pretty cool 60 minute TvP, with game-breaking storms, a heart-clapping nuke, some use for 150 mm cannons and expansion ALL over the place literally.
Here's a TvT ladder match I had 24 min
Educational on how each player could improve in their play
I think Gifted wanted every post to use his format in the original post; so you guys should edit your posts to apply that format.

Skyze,
It will help if people do it, but if they don't it won't worry me too much.
Well Gifted, I'm finally doing it. Got some replays for you. There are 2 1v1s. I apologize for the 35 minute length of each, but my worthy games are all around half an hour. I also apologize if my lag shows up too much. You are free to decline either map if necessary. I will pop in around start time (9PM CST, 10PM for me :) ) tomorrow as I have not seen anything on the possible move to Tuesday. PM me if tonight is better, I will check before I start playing tonight.
The first is ZvT on Shattered Temple.
Analysis style please, with entertainment as appropriate.
Notes: does have a macro period, but only because I changed strat to deal with a perceived Thor threat. A couple small battles followed by a larger one at the end (ye olde hammer and anvil :) ).
The second is a TvP on Backwater Gulch.
Same style as above.
Not as macro intensive as above, but has a few minor periods and a few rare harass plays for me. :)
Edit: Checked in at 11Pm ESt on Wed 3/10. Just PM me when you are gonna do another round. I just noticed you haven't had any for a while. :)
