Revert all balance changes from patch 1.1.2 and 1.1(except buildings buff)
Terran
-Stim for marauders takes 30HP.
-Marauder damage changed from 10+10 vs armored to 10+6 vs armored
-Siege Tank damage in siege mode changed to 50+20 armored damage
-Siege Tank attack speed in siege mode reduced to 3.25
Protoss
-Observer build time reduced to 35 seconds
-Void Ray level 1 damage changed from 5+15 armored to 6+6 armored and level 2 changed from 10+15 armored to 10+8 armored
-Immortal damage changed from 20+30 armored to 20+15 armored
-Immortal shields increased from 100 to 150
Zerg
-Roach range increased to 3.5, from 3.
-Queen off creep speed increased to 1.4
-Hydralisk hit points increased to 90
-Brood Lord speed increased to 1.8

as of changes, as a casual level player game is more or less balanced for me.
Bunker uppgrade now also increases range from 1 to 2.
Remove terran and zerg from the game, leave protoss only. Allow no players but me to use cheat codes in league 1v1.
- Void Ray damage increase is now a cooldown-based ability. Has a set duration. Set to autocast (can be disabled and manually triggered like Zealot's Charge). Damage, speed, and attack while moving to be re-considered.
- Warp Prism life increased.
- Carrier gets new model, build time decreased.
- Mothership movement speed increased, build time decreased.

Prismatic Beam: (Primary Attack)
Extremely weak beam of constant damage with three stages of attack, each stage upgrading the damage slightly. This attack can be used upon any enemy unit, but is primarily to bathe buildings and massive units in energy for the secondary ability.
Prismatic Burst: (Ability on Cooldown)
Extremely strong burst of three energy spheres that traverse through the beam and collide with the target, dealing massive damage which is increased by for each stage of Prismatic Beam. This ability can only be used upon buildings and massive units.
Purpose:
This would bring the Void Ray back to what it should be whilst rendering it weak against what it was suppose to be. The primary attack would be trivial, and deal practically nothing in damage...whilst the strength of the unit rested within it's ability, restricted to buildings and massive units.
By separating the attacks, you grant the capability of giving the Void Ray back its purpose, without all the nurfs that render it absolutely useless. The
Prismatic Burst can be exceptionally powerful without it impeding upon the intended weakness of the unit, even when the Prismatic Beam is fully charged.
Zerg:
-Broodlord Tweak:
A:) Both Broodlords and Corruptors are morphed from Mutalisks.
B:) Corruptors buffed to compensate for the fact that they now require a morph.
C:) Broodlords undergo a slight tweak to the model, in order to better reflect the fact that they are now morphed from Mutalisks. Mostly the same, the spine simply ends in the tail end of a Mutalisk, rather than coming to a point.
D:) Broodlords now have an ability, on Cooldown, that causes them to curl their tail up under their body, expelling a cloud of spores that effectively renders them immune to enemy fire. Basically, on a cooldown, they can cast a personal Dark Swarm.
-Hydralisk Caustic Spines Upgrade added:
Caustic Spines grants the Hydralisk a passive buff to their attack, causing it to deal additional damage over time. This would add an interesting mechanic and flavor to the Hydralisk, opening up many forms of interesting strategy based around the DOT.
--Upon Creep, their speed could be used to grant them the ability to fire a volley and then retreat as the damage over time took full effect. Burrow, off Creep, could be used for the same methods...
--Enemy forces who retreated would still recieve a bit of punishment from the damage over time, even if the Hydralisks lagged behind due to their inadequate speed while off Creep.
Basically, this just takes the glass cannon and delves further into the concept...rather than increasing their speed or health. Though, personally, I wouldn't mind a slight reduction in attack coupled with the damage over time upgrade for some additional base health as well.
TERRAN
Reaper
-Nitro Packs upgrade no longer has Factory requirement
-Nitro Packs cost increased from 50/50 (lolololololol) to 100/100
Marauder
-Damage decreased from 10 (+10 armored) to 9 (+9 armored)
-Concussive shells no longer cancel charge ability for zealots
Siege tank
-Siege mode damage increased from 35 (+15 armored) to 35 (+20 armored)
PROTOSS
Archon
-Armor type changed to Massive-Psionic
Sentry
-Hallucination cost decreased from 100 to 75 energy
Mothership
-Starting energy increased from 50 to 100
Void Ray
-Changed attack to have 3 levels of damage instead of 2. Attack takes the same time to reach second damage level, and an additional 8 attacks to reach the third damage level.
-Damage level 3 becomes 12 (+23 vs. Massive)
-Third damage level is lost immediately when switching targets. Damage reverts to damage level 2.
ZERG
Brood Lord
-Health increased from 225 to 250
Zerg
* Hydralisk control cost decreased from 2 to 1 (all Zerg problems solved)
* Change Roach damage from 16 to 12(+8 vs armored), allowing the Zerg to counter early Marauders and Stalkers more effectively
* Increase Queen starting energy from 25 to 50
The other races can all eat dirt. ;)
lol stalker/marauder/roach all "counter" eachother. But in the end marauder wins because you need zealots/sentri and zerglings/hydra to kill those. Making the roach worse vs marines and zealots isn't the best of ways to buff it.

This is what I would add for patch 1.1.3. With all that stuff I would probably make it patch 2.0.
Terran:
Marauder damage reduced from 10(+10 vs armored) to 10(+6 vs armored)
Siege tank damage increased to 50 damage against all targets, damage upgrade increased to +5 per upgrade.
Banshee movement speed increased from 2.75 to 3
Medivac movement speed increased from 2.5 to 3
Viking air movement speed increased from 2.75 to 3.25
Protoss:
Stalker damage upgrade increased from +1 to +1(+1 vs armored)
Psionic Storm research cost reduced from 200/200 to 150/150
Psionic Storm damage reduced from 80 damage over 4 seconds to 80 damage over 8 seconds.
Immortal attack speed reduced from 1.45 to 1.15
Void Ray cost reduced from 250/150 to 150/150.
Zerg:
Neural parasite research time reduced from 110 to 70.
Maximum larva on Hatchery reduced to 8, Lair reduced to 13, Hive remains at 19.

Combat shield HP bonus increased to 15,

Anyone who thinks Marauders should do 16 damage vs. armored is insane. The massive swing in balance would make Terran unable to do any early pressure with MM pushes, and would give Zerg and Protoss the ability to pressure Terran early on, possibly creating unstoppable rushes.
Blizzard has made some large changes to units in patches; they've nerfed tank damage vs. light, increased roach supply to 2, completely altered the void ray twice, but none so game-breaking as nerfing marauders by 4 damage vs. armored.
All i know is that you better have some AoE by the time a Terran can build enough bioball, because there's a point when the same cost of Protoss low-tier units cannot defeat the Terran low-tier units anymore. And it's worse with Stim. It's not something like they lose almost the same than you. Your units vaporize.
They're very cheap, and can deal damage very effectively. They're quite "Zergified".
Started playing terran more and more, and man is that race easy to play. No wonder this thing is so controversial.
