[Fake] Possible Leak of Wings of Liberty Script

doesn't seem real. lots of stuff from this is straight out of Mass Effect. e.g., the decisions in the first campaign carrying over (which has already been proved to be incorrect), the Sentinel being a cooperative venture between terran and protoss (the SSV Normandy, the ship in ME is a joint project between humans and turians and is a prototype starship), etc. just doesn't seem like blizzard quality IMO. i'm sure they could have figured out a better way to reconcile the Stukov project as well.

and Raynor doesn't talk about Kerrigan like that. he's not some dude who regrets not nailing her when he had the chance or something. he's pissed she killed Fenix too, remember?

This is definitely fake.

The fact that there is a directory entry showing location of the docs indicates it was a download off an internet page.

Fake... Waste of time.

This was posted on gamefaqs a few days ago and it is undeniable 100% fake.

I think it originated from the b.net forums from a random post.

Anything who knows anything about the SC lore will know it's fake.

Know what I'd find awesome, though?

If WoL ended with Kerrigan being de-infested and becoming human again, then the first arc or few missions of HoS involved her tracking down some quarantined hyper-evolutionary virus in a Dominion facility.

That'd kick ass.

You can't have alternate endings in a fictional world so popular that they will continue to write books about it.

We all deperately need the beta to start so we don't post 4+ pages about stupid stuff like this. :D

EDIT: I guess you can have alernate "middles" of the story as long as they end the same way? Would lore-nerds have a problem with that?

I kinda doubt that, the information would be so OBVIOUSLY displayed & categorized in folders like that. It would be hosted on an internal network drive so that multiple people had the ability to access / edit / review it, not have it remain on a local machine for just one person. Also the fact that it's only being released now - the labels on the bottom of the page show that it would've been printed from that machine, and I highly doubt they wandered into his office & printed it off.

SO fake.
