Funny rage quits

Heres just a topic to post any funny rage quit moments that happened to you.

My buddy was playing a game on LT and he proxy'd near the gold and built up a huge army. He sents an Obs in his opponents base and oddly he had like 2 stalkers only. After a short wtf moment he masses his forces in and the opponent doesnt do anything. Half a min later you see all his forces coming from behind to defend but it was too late.

Right before he leaves he goes
"yeah right"
"No scout or anything"
"I don't think so"

and then quits lol. I found it pretty funny coz he accused my friend of map hacking coz he didnt scout, when he himself did not scout very well (he had one obs in the middle of nowhere...) and for some reason forgets the other players can use observer as well for scouting.

So after watching the replay it seems the other guy moved out all his forces literally right before my friend was about to push into his base. His forces get all the way to the ramp of my buddies base before my buddy attacked his base. Stupidly enough he didnt go for a base race. Then he accuses of map hack lol.

First off let me say i am sorry, in the manner that i am not familiar with using forums. So i kinda don't know how to do the whole quote thingy yet.

What i find funny about that is he accused your friend of "map Hacking" instead of just realizing that he made a mistake. I am somewhat of a newer player, but i'm doing ok.... for the most part. But anyways to my point. I have seen things similiar in lower ranked games, ie: Silver and Bronze, where they just blame their opponent instead of just admitting that they made a mistake. I mean it happens we are only human, and we don't know what the other person is thinking or how they are going to react. I guess this is just poor sportsmanship, and there is really nothing that can be done about it.

it's sometimes hard to spot if you're either facing a rage-quitter or someone who doesn't know about gg...

i'm starting to feel a bit sorry for the humans...

I got proxied by reapers in desert oasis by a guy who happily wrote:
GG HF GL and he kept sending these happy comments all till the point where i got 1 void in his base and he immediately called me (cheating motherfu.cker and hoe and left) hur, hur... foolish humans...

It is really funny to see people blame their opponent, i mean, if you lost the only person on earth you can blame is your opponent. You can blame him to be a better player than you....

On topic: One of my friend made a game yesterday, he went with a 4 gate opening, he got scouted. Then switched to mass sentry/hallucinate, hallucinated 5 colossus and went strait for the opponent base.

Quit.

It's just sad that the lower level people leave so prematurely in some games. Like the one with the hallucinated collusi? They don't do damage. If he would have just tried to fight them off, he would have noticed none of his stuff was dying. :/

I played a pvp wherein both of us went 4 gate into twilight counsel - only difference is that I also threw down a dark shrine. I ended up getting 1 (one) dt into his base, and he goes

"Dts? Really?"

Then proceeds to whine about how imba dts are. Meanwhile, he attacks my base and our armies fight - mine is bigger anyways - and he quits with no gg.

Today I had a ZvZ match where after my 11th drone popped I sent him to scout. While he was searching for my opponent I began my pool and by the time I found him I already had six lings. He hadn't even started a pool. I made the scout into a spine crawler and sent my squad of now 12 zerglings. He kills the crawler with his drones right as my zerglings arrive to his completely defenseless base and calls "bg" and leaves.

Last night I was playing a PvP, and I decided on a whim to send an ob around behind my opponent's base. I found a complete lack of of cannons, so instead of going stalker/colossi like I had been planning, I went DT instead. I built a warp prism and warped five right into my opponent's min line before he hit the prism with his VRs. I had barely touched his base when it suddenly said that I'd won.

I laughed sooo hard when this guy went 5 rax reapers in a TvP ! lol!

I scouted his main with my probe then sent it back to the lower right watch tower on Blistering Sands. I build up a Zealot, 2 sentries and about 3 stalkers while sending an observer into the Terran base.

Funnily enough, I see like 6 reapers gathering at the expansion below the watch tower, and the guy didnt even try to kill that probe there. I just warp in 3 more stalkers and place 6 stalkers at my destructible rocks waiting for him to jump up. The other half of the army is at my ramp. He gathers 9 reapers and moves in. Kaboom! 4 reapers die instantly and he falls back.

I am like ok, he sees the stalkers, so he will switch to marauders maybe... yes?
No! lol he comes back with another 6-7 reapers and manages to sneak in because my stalkers were at my ramp as I geared up to expand (while he was still on 1 base). He kills my 3 probes on 1 gas, and loses all the reapers. The next thing I do is mass stalkers and make a stargate while cannoning my main min line and that of my expo (just in case), then move out to attack his front door, where there were only like 6-7 marauders.

I kill his front depots and destroy his forces (remaining reapers included) and my void-rays don't even get time to come out before he "???" ragequits. :p

I fell off my sofa lol!

Similar story.

I was playing a quick Custom Game on Metalopolis (I think...), typical TvT noobplay, I think it was my second MP game since the beta. I see no sign that my opponent is a human being the whole match, no responses to glhf or anything, no trash talk, and most of all NO UNITS. Didnt find a Scout or push for 10 minutes. I sent a quick raiding party to his main to spank a few workers, still no appreciable reaction.

Decided fine, if he's teching to BC or something I'd better tech too. Being a noob I waste 10 minutes building this uber fist-of-God Marine/Thor/Raven deathball and decide to cautiously move out, still no sign of him so I send the Raven to check expansions. I find one in the process of being set up, just a few SCVs and half-built refineries so I think fine, I'll drop an autoturret as a feint while I move in on what I think is his main.

I drop the turret, and TWO SECONDS after I drop it, one SCV goes down he speaks;

"Fucker"

And quits.

Class.

i just played a game where a zerg player in platinum who did a 6-pool, early expand....huh... and no queens either til the last second

and after he sent his 6 baneling on my lone stalker he accused me for picking the noob race and called me a...eh...
gay va-jay-jay...

he then continued by ranting how his country is full of arabs...
that was a strange game...

Fast teched to collosi with a semi-walloff with zealots and sentries. Force shielding his zerglings and banelings pretty well. And before he had pushed away my army a huge collossus pops up and owns everything.

We fight a bit more, his fast zerglings kills my expansion before I set it up. I manage to do a suicide attack to kill off his spawning pool to stop teching to something else.
When I finnished him off with a second wave I quite easily kills his zerglings and the roaches he managed to get.

Where he says "imba piece of *****

Got a bunch of terrans whining that the 1 gateway stargate build w/ void rays is lame cheese. Apparently you're not allowed to do anything before 5-6 minutes in the game to meet their high standards. :P

Damn, it reminds me of that stupid game I just had. I totally failed... I had left a spot open diagonally so the protoss player came in with 2-3 zealots and pawned my economy and marines. I defended it off but the cost of many things.

I assaulted his base and where almost winning when that stupid void ray came... Well I was prepared for it, I had stimmed marines. And quickly killed it.

The only thing was that I didn't have enough resources to keep up with his pushing because of the big fail I did at the start... Then I felt ashamed, I would have won that game easily if I didn't do the thing at start.

I rage quitted :(
