I've just emailed Shadow from SC2ranks asking if they planned on incorporating that. I doubt flags would be possible, but at least knowing what server people are on quickly would be helpful.Quote:

I dont think its just region flags.. mine shows Canada, which is the "North American" region.
Or maybe they only have flags for the big countries, like Canada/USA/Korea/France/England/etc, instead of all the europe countries.

Im just bored of 1v1 right now, and waiting for bonus points to go up in 1v1 to help offset the lame platinum bug.
Playing 4v4 is more relaxed and I can random and do fun strats (ie mass reaper, mass infestor with infested marines, etc)..
Besides, also trying to get some good icons, the Archon icon (750 random) is on my radar so this gives me a way to get closer to that. Gonna be forever though =[ at 90 random wins so far, cause my actual 2v2/3v3 partners want me to racepick everygame, jerks.
bonus points aint gonna offset nothing other than your points per win ratio

I have a total of 60 games, 40 wins, and 20 losses.
There's something so aesthetically pleasing about those nice, round, even numbers! It's preventing me from playing more! I'll never get something so pretty-looking again! >_<
well as the situation report says, Proxy zealots is really damn strong =/ (im talking PvP) its really difficult to defend with chrono boost making zeals come out so fast, And really if they 2gate in your base and you happen to not scout it early enough, they can get 2 zeals out usually by the time you get one out, and then it just keeps progressively getting worse (4 vs 2, 6 vs 3, 8 vs 4). Not to mention when you pull workers off to help you defend, you lose massive economy. And thats what kills me usually, ill hold for afew mins but my economy eventually ends up crap.Quote:

Im only playing right now when I have bonus points.. so im not gonna be climbing as fast as you guys (as it sits, i was only 400 after the plat bug, so every game since then only gives me 12 points, or loses me 9.. its so hard to climb without bonus points).
Went 5-1 today and used my 50 pts, so ill wait til like.. thursday to play my next round of games. But im only 100 behind the leader now! =]
Everyone gets bonus points, even when they play every day. I guess playing more is the best way to climb ;) though yeah, it is harder when you're all out.
I don't understand where you stand, since you seem to be interested in ranking up (otherwise you wouldn't bother with bonus points), yet you don't seem to be that intent on ranking up (since you don't bother to play without bonus points). The only reason you and I are getting closer to the leaders is that we're better than our 700 (800 for you) ranks indicate; nothing to do with bonus points from what I understand. Though, in a sense, because it took ages for us to be upgraded, our point handicap'll never disappear, but it'll just become negligible at some point.
I was also able to put in a few games today so I'm up to ~700. Wish I had more time to work on it^^
Superkiller is getting dangerously close to Crota though!
edit: dammit, WhiteRa is at 1600 points... crazy growth.
I really don't like the bonus points... artificial inflation, makes prior point scale obsolete. all you have to go by is top player and own division points.

And yes, I've hated bonus points from day one. The whole concept is idiotic to me. At least if they acted as 'rested' points, or if there were some decay or something. This way is just dumb.

You just have to wait. The refresh button hasn't worked for me so far.
You should add yourself to the "Bnet ID" thread btw. That way we know who you are on the list.
ugh. did a pretty bad session, like 5-4.. (no bonus points so in total, I gained about 6 points.. if that)
two cheesers successful out of 5 cheese games, and one hacker.
The guy did a 7probe scout on me on Lost temple.. right to my base somehow, then tried to do the gateway junk. I defended it witha cannon, and was in the lead with my front blocked off.. He sends like 2 zealot and 2 stalkers to my ramp and sees I have 2 cannons and 2 stalkers, so he cant break it.. then all the sudden I disconnect.. I dont think its a coincidence =/ totally lame.
So I think im gonna go back to waiting for bonus points to accumulate, if not just to offset the hackers and cheesing almost everygame =/
