I had a game yesterday on desert oasis. P v T. It was back and forth for a while, him going mass marauders. I built a nexus on the lower right island and defended it with cannons. He destroyed my main and natural but I had gateways and tech buildings on the island. I then came back grabbed a gold and destroyed him.
He started writing stuff in German, which may have been insulting. Then after game he started chatting in English saying I suck. I politely asked why and he said I should have surrendered when he took out my main. He said it was cheap to just hold an island. I did mention to him that it just a game.
I watched the replay and could see that during the attack on me he ignored resource gathering so when I was making my comeback he had no minerals. So it was his fault he lost.
Just because someone loses there is no reason to get abusive. The previous game I got cannon rushed and so lost, I still said gg, after all even the cheesiest strategy is valid, even if it's frustrating.
