StarCraft Channel "op BGN" at USEast

You should try ICCup! People from the whole world play on that server, and there's virtually zero lag... (which you might be having a lot of if you're playing on east but live in europe)

Well acutally I had some lags when I was playing on Useast, but those are normal I suppose since I was running a download aswell.

Just installed the icCup application and mappack let's see how that is.

Yup, and remember to use the launcher, so you can play with "lan latency" and have anti-hack (hacking is a problem on Bnet, but there is none on iccup).
Also, you can check out the Iccup thread and post your nickname or see who else plays on The Abyss.

Just to let everyone know, it is very likely that we are just going to move our home over to ICCup. Same channel name: op BGN. I'm usually around on the weekends, just whisper me. :)

Every time I go there there's never anyone.

The reasons for that are two fold:

1) This site's players never seem to be online as is, so don't blame me for that one. When are you checking? 3:00 AM on a Wed Night? (I'm kidding.)
2) The group of people that were commonly in that channel on a daily basis have school and in my own case I'm busy teaching during the week. I'm going to guess it'll pick up again towards the Winter Break here at the end of the year. However, I wanted to remind people of this again.

Not sure where to post this but we need to get some BGH games going here. I played hundreds/thousands of them back in the day... the recent Day[9] BGH cast reminded me how awesome they could be.

The problem is that everyone here belongs to a different time zone. We need 8 people with the same time intervals of activity as well.

8 isn't a necessity... even a 4 way FFA is good stuff.

Americans have a long holiday weekend coming up. We may be able to get some BGH/DOTA going here.
