Just came across this new interview with Chris Sigaty. If I'm reading this right, it seems that Robert Clotworthy is going to be voicing Jim Raynor after all. :D Mengsk's original voice actor is also returning. :)

Well I never could understand why they wanted to change Clotworthy... he is a good actor and able to change his voice for a more darker Raynor if needed...
And why does nobody talk about Zeratul? Will his voice be back?
Glynnis was just so perfect for Kerrigan and I can not see a single creative reason why she was not cast again. Maybe there are some other reasons...?

But really, and honestly, none of this matters that much with Andrea Romano as voice director. She is widely considered to be the best voice director on the planet. So no matter who they get it's almost guaranteed to be a very good sounding game.
My concern is more aimed at the fact that the original actors are:
A) All at least passable.
B) Willing to do it as far as we know.
C) Sound like the characters. Are synonymous with the characters.

I beleive that Zeratul's voice actor is alive and well. James Harper: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0363878/ I think Jack Ristal (the one who died) voiced Artanis and the high templar.

I actually liked the new guy. I hope Clotworthy changed it up a bit to make it fit this "new" Raynor.
His voice really isnt hard to do, especially since its half special effects. I could do zeratul, and believe me I have no vocal talent what so ever. If they mess him up (and btw, his voice in the sneak peak of cinematic opening wont cut it), Ill be both surprised and discusted.Quote:

I think Artanis is very likely to appear in the Terran campaign. People will want to know what's happened to the Protoss on Shakuras and also so newcomers aren't taken by surprised when this faction shows up in the Protoss campaign.
Also, who else would Raynor fight against for Terran vs Protoss? Mere random/faceless cultists?
