Oh wait, it's EST + 5, not AST + 5.

...whatever. All my North American times are correct damnit!!

It's 8am British Time, but British Time isn't currently the same as GMT because we've gone ahead 1 hour due to it being summer time (hence BST). But noone pays attention to that, so yeah, basically it's 8am for me and anyone else that is on the GMT line.
