No. It can't be installed yet because of the date check in the installer. If that date check was somehow bypassed you would be able to install without activating since you just activate it by going to the battle.net website and adding your cd-key.

Nope. I'm doing some packet sniffing and trying to send it a false date to see if that will work. Though I probably shouldn't be talking about trying to crack this thing on this forum. :)

I remember it was said you need to get online in order to install. I'd assume it downloads stuff from battle.net enabling the install.

Man, why can't we just start the retail now..
