It's a Queen...without a shadow of a doubt, listed in the wiki as a Hybrid experiment. Also listed amongst the wiki article involving Hybrids was:

In the beta there is a queenmodel who is identical to a normal queen sans a few differences called Infestedqueen.

There is also an icon representing that queen.

Maybe related?
