With a sniper rifle, yes.

Not with psionics though, unless you're Nova or some other power ghost with telekinesis at least.

I'd say that if both of them were unarmed the chances are 0% for the marine.
Gotta ask, when you say unarmed you mean without just their firearms, or also without any suits?
