Re: Finally, The Vuvuzela Has A Purpose
I have no damned idea why people hate Twilight so much. First part isn't a masterpiece, but that movie was pleasant to watch.
Humans are so cold-hearted and cynical these days...
I'll pick one argument to fight right now.

Insanely stupid. Advice - don't overanalyze things to the point of being ridiculous.
It's not like Bella likes them - Jacob for him being the wolf and Edward - for being more than a hundred years old vampire.
Jacob is a great guy when he is not in his wolf form, obviously, and when he is not affected by the wolf fury.
Edward... he is a pure and humble guy. He is around 20 years old phisically and doesn't seem to have dementia or other brain malfunctions that come with age, so he can be considered mentally young, as processes that cause ours souls to age don't apply for vampires at that scale. For him and obviously for Cullens or any other vampire of Twilight the main factor is his own character.
So your arguments are now proven to be extremely retarded. Here is where you underanalyzed things.

Wait, first you said I overanalyzed it, and then you said I underanalyzed it. That seems like quite the contradiction you've made. Congrats on partially pwning yourself.
As for hating Twilight, I partially hate it because I was FORCED to watch it. My parents couldn't watch my sister and her friends when they went to see it, so guess who had to go along?
It didn't really peak my interest before hand, and after watching it, my interest dropped even further. It's really just Meyer's self-insert story.

I mean you came up with an idea, but then you didn't think it through to the point where you would realize it was far-fetched.

Yeah, I guess that being forced to watch a movie for which you had no interest would make you hate it for some degree afterwards.

Any arguments? :)
I don't even understand what it means, honestly and how can it be bad for movie.
And... in general, I HATE these damn tubes.

He didn't over analyze anything lol...Jacob is a beast Edward is old anyway you cut it. You're the one over analyzing things by trying to come up with a way to justify Bella's love for whoever. Madonna doesn't look like shes 50 or however old she is and doesn't really act like it, by your logic if i was to go out with her that would be entirely "normal".

You won't prove me wrong with just this type of weak logic, sorry. ;)
Technically - Edward is young, Jacob is a beast only sometimes. I heavily propose reading my post again, thoroughly, because I feel like you didn't get it.
Madonna just looks good. She is 50 in her head.

If you call 50 still performing live and dancing around on stage and collaborating with younger upcoming artist then yes i see your point. Also you can be as good looking and healthy as you want there is no "technically" about it, your age is how long you have lived he's old regardless of anything he does.

To drag this thread back on-topic; I applaud that man's use of an otherwise pointless object. It is horrible to think that I was born in the country that thing originated from.
Re: Finally, The Vuvuzela Has A Purpose
Not that kind of "50".
Hell, just imagine that you don't change after around 20 at all. You're becoming more smart and stuff but you character - cool, funny and stuff - doesn't change. Mentally you're nothing like adult. Gosh, try to understand this, it's much harder to explain than just feel or comprehend what I'm talking about. :)

It's hard to comprehend that which is utterly wrong...

No, it's really not when you actually get what is in MY head. :D
To explain I'd need to define entirely the process of mental aging and character changes in the course of life.
As of now you'll have to take my word for it. :)

I'll do just that

The latter.
An utterly pointless device. It serves no other purpose than making noise. Of course, some try to paint it as an 'instrument'. When one attempts to argue to the contrary in South Africa, you are accused of racism. But I digress.
