Same. What's nice about 3D though is that a lot of improvements can be made through simple shaders or other newer technologies, so hopefully we'll see a large graphical upgrade with one of the expansions ala Company of Heroe's "Gold Edition".
One thing that really gives some of the units a very "fake" feeling is the amount of scaling that goes on. Spikes and such with Zerg will expand and stretch as if they're rubber, when they're very clearly supposed to be solid bone. In the bigger picture, it's relatively unnoticeable, but there's this subconscious feeling of "rubber/toy" going on because of it.
