Re: Pie vs Cake vs Cookies vs Cinammon Rolls; What's your Favorite?
Twinkies? The last time I ate a twinky was a LONG time ago. It was a 3pack. I ate one, gave one to my friend. Then I ate the last one and felt really sick. haven't eaten them since. To hell with twinkies, seriously. Love those wagon wheels though, Sarov.

Though my favorite desert memory was me consuming a entire newyork style cheesecake (and the sickness afterwords) but it was damn good. I think I still like cheesecake on occasions which is probably the only "cake" I'll eat.
Do you guys like snack cakes? I really hate those things lol
I pretty much only drink water. I have a soda or a tea once every couple of weeks and a coffee only on holidays or when its really cold out (rare in Florida.)
Been on a water-mostly regimen for about two years now. Never felt better in my life than I have these past two years.

Chicken balls with sweet and sour sauce, teriyaki meatballs, chicken fried rice, burgers, popcorn chicken, kettle-baked chips like Ms. Vickie's, all-dressed Crispers, Jamaican patties, curry chicken, and countless other things that I have yet to mention (those were just all the ones that 'popped up' in my head at the time). :D
Curry chicken is great (I lived for five years in India, so I'm biased), not specifically familiar with all the other thing mentioned, but anything sweet and sour or with teryiaki goes as well. Have you tried Tandoori Chicken? It may very well be the reason poultry exists.

No, I have not tried tandoori chicken yet but I wanted to try it some time back when I was a bit younger. One of my mother's parents is from Barbados and my sister is Jamaican, albeit half, so we usually get to try some exotic, spicy food whenever she comes over. I absolutely love her curry chicken and curry potatoes. :D
And that 'mysterious red sweet and sour sauce' is God-like. Too bad there aren't any take-out Chinese places around here - they're mostly on the mountain. There are however many varieties of restaurants in the downtown core where I live: restaurants dedicated to sushi, typical Chinese food, Lebanese, Italian, vegetarian and other ones I can't seem to remember half the time.

Lol. Not true but nice try. ;)
I am not white, nor black, nor asian on the inside. I am a combination of many ethnicities on in the inside.

What about milk and juice?

Juice is ok, but I'd rather eat some real fruit. Actually, I just finished off a huge bag of watermelon and cantaloupe. Good stuff. So no, no juice.
And milk, well I do put a little milk on my cereal, but just a bit. So I don't really count that as a full drink. I never down a glass of milk...yuck.

My mom makes really good chinese style sweet and sour chicken in a sauce that's made of ketchup (!), honey and some spices, so the mysterious red sweet and sour sauce could be something similar. Italian food doesn't need introduction, neither do sushi, and if you have Lebanese restaurants I assume that means good hummus and perhaps even shwarmah. You've got the best of all worlds.

I love shawarma. Well, the rice and meat, lettuce and sauce version. The wrap version is good but they keep putting tomatoes in when I tell them not to. All in all, it's pretty good. And yes, my city is pretty awesome. The good thing about having an extremely multicultural society is that you get to have many different types of food from all over the world.
