General


* Improved the system that handles initial placement and promotion/relegation between Leagues & Ladders.


Balance Changes


TERRAN

o Hellion
Weapon upgrade bonus decreased from 1 (+1 Light) to 1.

o Reaper
Nitro Packs research cost decreased from 100/100 to 50/50.

o Siege Tank
Siege Mode damage decreased from 60 to 50.

o Thor
Anti-air weapon upgrade bonus decreased from 1 (+1 Light) to 1.



ZERG
o Brood Lord
Weapon upgrade bonus decreased from 3 to 2.

YES, i my Zerg ground army can last longer than 5 seconds against mass Terran mech!!! :D

Why buff the Reaper speed boost? Last patch they boosted Overlord speed upgrade from 50/50 to 100/100 to make it more of a choice, then they do the reverse to Reapers? Don't understand why. I guess this makes Reapers better for raids early game, though, since you're probably not gonna have 100 gas to throw away on an upgrade when you could go for a Factory instead.

I'm not sure how you define "nerf", but something costing half as much as it used to probably doesn't qualify...

Those are some crappy upgrades for the price (talking about hellions and thor).

I meant buff, sorry. Drake is stoopid today.

Is the patch itself available, or just the notes?

I don't see the patch. I hope they have things up for tomorrow evening though because that is the last time i will be able to play the beta :(
