Thanks for posting this. I had no idea were the rules actually were listed.

Wow, you really are looking at Blizzard like the good guy. They didn't receive any money that Kespa made by selling rights, so they sent Kespa to hell. Easy as that. They want to be in control of everything, so they gain even more money, because lets admit it, there is no loss for them.
About the ban, pretty unfair, since I got infractions last week, and at the same time I saw that others just got a warning inside the same thread. But oh well.
Blizzard may or may not be a good guy, but Kespa is definitely a bad guy, and they got what was coming to them.
On a side note: all of the different name colors in the Forum Index make pretty colors.

I'm going to go ahead and lock this thread since it's so derailed, but there's a few things I want to mention first. (again, somebody feel free to make a new, more mature thread)
Are you seriously still complaining about a simple warning for saying this:
If you said that to anybody else, it would have been a 7 pt. infraction, not a little warning. The only other warning you got was for telling someone to shut up for no particular reason, and you're pretending to be a victim here? I've never been one to sugarcoat things, so I have to ask, what's wrong with you? Is this how you talk to people in the real world? Try to remember there's another person on the other side of that screen who has to read all your comments. This behavior does not fly on our forums - period.
What I never understood about all the chronic complainers out there is how they can unfailingly regurgitate the same information over & over and work themselves up over that same information so much to the point where they have to get overly hostile. What bugs me the most about them is the fact that they think posting anything of value can be replaced by emotionally charged attacks.
I would like to direct everyone to a thread that successfully gets Blizzard's attention, as well as maintains a level of respect while addressing the many things that the poster really does not like, or even hates:
B.net 2.0 Will Harm Custom Content
This is a complaining thread that I would love to have on these forums. Notice the matter of fact title, and how clearly laid out his arguments are for why these decisions by Blizzard could potentially ruin custom content (quite a lofty argument). Instead of childish personal attacks, this guy has drawn on his experience, and posted several extremely valid and rational reasons for how Blizzard can damage the UMS community.
