The overseer has major imbalance.
It's a 0 supply unit that's battle capable.
You could easily break 200 supply by spamming overseers.

It's a great idea, but I have a hard time believing it would ever be practical. It just wouldn't be cost effective. Any other force of equal resources will just rip right through the infested terrans. Plus infested terrans have limited life. I guess it could be a problem if they had hundreds of them. However, your opponent would have to be a complete idiot to ever let that happen.

We don't know how Infested Terrans behaves yet.
Remember that it costs 125 Energy! This means that even an Overseer with max energy can only use it once without needing to recharge.
Now, in a 200/200 fight, if you're a Zerg player fighting either Terran or Protoss, odds are that you'll lose your army, but not be able to take out all of your opponent's. You're going to need resources to rebuild your army quickly. I just can't imagine resources being so abundant that you can afford a fleet of Overseers to take advantage of them not costing any supply.
Still, it really depends on how many Infested Terrans you get for that 125 energy.

I have to say, it's the saddest thing I've ever had to hear. I honestly believe, that the way to balance the game is to actually be there, test it even and watch how the flow made something UP or OP.

Frenzy???? Really??? Haha damn. They should put vampiric aura on zerglings, carrion swarm to Hydralisks, Unholy Aura to Roaches...
So nothing new, just moving spells around. Is it too hard a little bit creative??? Just little... I know we won't see new mechanics or new units, my hopes are dead, but goddam, a new spell would be nice... And they can't even think of that, they had to go to warcraft 3...
And I wont talk about the ultralisk nerf...
On the other hand, they turned the overseer into some sort of summoner, with spawn changeling and infested terran... Kinda like it... Just a little...
Also 4v4 and map publishing???? The doors of hell are wide open now!!!!!!

I'm not sure what you could possibly want. You can only be as creative as the unit aspects that can be affected. There are only so many properties that define a unit, and fewer still that make any sense to modify with an ability or upgrade. There's a point where creativity is no longer cool and becomes retarded.
And since when did WC3 have sole ownership of any and all abilities? Most abilities in games nowadays have been around since the invention of the basic computer game.

Actually, as long as it fits SC, and adds to gameplay, I'm all for importing WC abilities - In this case however, not sure yet how 'Frenzy' going to work out.
