Base mesh is a heavily modified version of the Ghost model. New head, new backpack, modified proportions. Textures are custom made by me. Imported into the game using the .M3 Exporter by NiNtoxicated01.
No animations are currently available for export, only meshes.

Nice, I think I have an idea as to its potential use =)
Interested in helping make a UED mod? :P
BTW it could use some minor resizing to look on par with the Marine, if not slightly shorter, but I think that can be done easily in the editor (it was doable with War3's editor).

I designed him based on a lot of different modern sci fi super-soldiers, so he's a lil bit of everything. Halo Spartan, Crysis soldier, Iron Man, Gears of War COG soldier. I kept the design fairly generic so it could fit in many roles; but for my purposes he's an elite veteran soldier in an elite power suit specially designed for state-of-the-art warfare. He's sort of the Anti-Ghost, where the Ghost is designed to be the psychic, covert ops elite unit, this guy is the tech-enhanced tactical combat/special ops elite unit. Lots of gadgets, lots of guns.
I'm planning on swappable weapons for this guy, but mainly on heavy-weapons since we don't see many in SC2. Let me know what kind of weapons you all think this guy should use.

Give him like, a plasma weapon/ion cannon/proton collider and/or a portable rocket launcher (a more modern one, that can fit well in his hands, like an assault rifle, not a huge bazooka)

A Railgun would be nice! And with a similar firing animation like Quake 2 .... this would totaly blow me away! :)

AOE Weapons:
Medium Range:
1. Some advanced Grenade Launcher, 3 ammo per 80 seconds
It could be equipped in his arm. It's the future anyway.
Player choices:
a) Smoke -- units under it cannot fire, takes damage overtime while in smoke
b) Flash -- units struck loses vision, cannot fire
c) Shrapnel -- kaboom
2. Some advanced Explosives
3. Mines of the sort
Long range Weapon:
1. Some advanced Assault rifle
Deployables:
1. Some robotic thing that takes damage for him (1 unit and cooldown of 160 seconds).
2. Drone that helps scout the area. Very small, undetectable. "the eye of Killrog"
Abilities:
1. Power-suit abilities like speed, agility, strength. The stuff Crysis is made of.
2. Some advance blade he uses that kills bio within range of him. Iron man 2 esque lazer thingy.
3. He can jump-pack like a reaper, or climb cliffs if it's possible to make anims for that.
Others:
1. Coffee maker.
2. Portable 3d-TV

Now that is what i call badass. Thats how the ghost should look. Awesome. I dont like that you can see the lycra pants in the actual model. What is he going to do, aerobics???

There's an exporter for 3D Studio Max. Though I believe it doesn't support animations yet.

In the mean time I've got Team Colors working. Haven't completely figured out transparencies yet, but I'll get there.
Still no work done on weapons, been working on a few other characters in the meantime.

Animation is now available, so I skinned my mesh onto the Marine's animations for test purpose. Custom animations will be made, but will take a while longer.
