I'm actually in fairly good shape despite having a certain overabundance of solidified cellular energy storage (aka fat). Just two weekends ago I helped my brother hoist a 400 pound, pre-LCD television around his house!
As for the hair...I got it nearly shaved less than two months ago and when it gets long that's pretty much all I can do with it. That pic was taken just last week.
