I assume you mean WH40K with Space Marines, Eldar, Tyranids, Orcs, Chaos, Imperial Gaurd, Tau, and Necrons?
Also, importing the models would make things go faster. If that were possible, of course.

Importing the Dawn of War 2 models would showcase just how bad the Starcraft 2 ones are, but I doubt importing the former into the later is even possible.
