Definitely Iron Fist. Great mix of fun missions and character drama.
If I had to rank, off the top of my head I'd do: Iron Fist > The Stand > QOB > Rebel Yell > The Fall > The Overmind.
But I haven't played BW through to the end in a while. I might not be giving QOB enough credit.
My personal list is: The Fall > Overmind > QoB > Iron Fist > The Stand > Rebel Yell

Just great seeing everything from the Zerg perspective - it was such a cool experience! Missions which might otherwise be considered mundane became 100% better just because of the Zerginess! :D
I go:

- Rebel Yell
- The Iron Fist
- The Stand
- The Overmind
- The Fall
I love the way Queen of Blades progresses. And I love how there's some nice denouement at the end. (The story really does end at "To Kill the Beast".) Kerrigan is also a really compelling protagonsit IMHO.
Rebel Yell is really great too in my opinion. The missions are pretty weak, but the story is really strong. Some fairly good twists, and New Gettysburg's ending is really cool, I think.
Iron Fist is really good too. I love the character drama and I love Dugalle. Also probably has the best set of missions of any campaign in the entire game.
The Stand is good, but I find it doesn't quite have the same oomph that Iron Fist or Queen of Blades does. Story-wise. You spend a little too much time just flying around in space, and I find the Uraj and Khalis crystals really awkward plot-devices.
The Overmind in the Overmind is really cool, but I find Kerrigan kinda bland in this campaign.
Can anyone elaborate on which campaign name is which campaign?
I never actually knew they had names...
But if the Iron Fist happens to be BW Terran campaign, that is my choice.

I'm a Terran junky, so I say Iron Fist and Rebel Yell. In that order, too.
