there are Collector's Editions availible in Europe it's just not many places. I've sent some mails to www.cdwow.com to figure out if they have any, but for people in denmark the cheapest version so far is at the netcafè Boomtown, but I hope the price will go more down up 'till the release. It's just unfair we have to pay 1/3rd more than people in the US for exactly the same thing.

Japan is normally the most expensive one.
