It seems to me that you can't just add someone with their name. You have to have their email or come across them in a game. Totally retarded.

They changed how accounts work! It's no longer username.ID!
I think you just have to be able to click on their name. I bet if I had two people that weren't friends invited to the same party they'd be able to add each other as profile friends?
So for those not willing to post your email I'll do this for you. You can add me as a realid friend and I'll invite you to my party. Then you can add anybody that is currently in my party.

EDIT: Actually, i thought a bit about it, and i concluded that people should just PM me for my email and such :)
This could result in a lot of people having their accounts hacked that don't use authenticators.
