Go play Dungeons and Dragons Online.
It was pay to play (monthly subscription) but they've removed that to go with the F2P model and microtransactions. There's an extremely large amount of content available to F2P players. The quality of the game far surpasses most of the generic F2P games.
The combat system isn't just a matter of press 1, press 2, press 3, it's a little more twitch based, so click to swing, make sure you're facing the right way etc. The dungeons are awesome, and it highly promotes party playstyle. The proper classes put together make the best team. If you're gonna check out youtube video's or anything, look for something done on a higher quality setting. The game is beautiful, yet for some reason, all of their PR / Marketting video's look like the game was set to record on lowest video settings lol.
Odds are you'll find out that you'll enjoy the game a lot and it won't be just a holdover for SC2, it'll probably be something you invest some time (and maybe even some cash for a VIP account or microtransactions).
