Attack without pressing "a"

I've been hearing about how ctrl+right click initiates an attack ground command instead of a move command. Can anyone confirm this?

Shouldn't that queue a move command?

shift + right click: que up command and waypoints?
ctrl + right click: attack ground?

if its that big an issue to you, go post it on the beta forums so that Blizz actually gives it thought, but please dont start QQ'ing here because StarCraft 2 =/= SC: BW

they seemingly like to re-hotkey their groups or smething like that, it seems like a uber hardcore thing, and something casual players dont care for

That sounds like they re-grouped units while moving them. Once it's an habit it's difficult to change, and at that APM levels that's pretty much as automatic as the UI programmed into the game, only that humans are more difficult to re-program :p.
