So what is the best strategy you guys have seen so far for each race?
Something a bit off-topic that I'm a little depressed about is that I have to play a custom game with friends to make it past tier 2 :p

Mass queens.
It is the greatest strategy of all time.
Actually it works okay in ZvZ. She's good against both Zerglings and Mutalisks, so it works out okay. She just kinda sucks versus the Roach...
Legitimately, the strategy I always seem to go with is Zergling/Roach into tier 2, then I get Infesters/Corrupters. It works all right... kinda gets destroyed by a factory push...

I did some nifty early siege action in TvT by building addons with my barracks while I tech'd.
.... and you wuld have gotten away with it too! ... IF IT WASNT FOR THOSE DAMNED KIDS! .. ehrm i mean, THOSE DAMNED SUPPLY DEPOTS! that you forgot to build ;P
you probably did way better when i wasnt watching.
i saw snake do some nice hydralsik dancing defending his expansion against alot of zealots: hdyras do full damage oto them and kiting looked easy on creep. i suppose charge woulda made the differnace though. and i forgot how the game ended.
what i want to see someone try is hydra + infestor. but thats kinda farout techwise i guess.
I forgot supply depots a lot less when you weren't watching >.>
this jsut in: blood lord rules.. we jsut witnessed snake destroy DS and soem random guy with it in FFA. he covered them with corrupters after starting teh game with late expo hydras.
i think the broodlord goes insanely well with hyras too since the broodlings spawned helps cover the hdyras from ground attacks...

So I'm spamming out probes and then I build a bunch of photon cannons when the forge is complete. Then I rushed a probe out to the high-yield expansion and did the same. I'm constantly improving my mining economy. Keep going for 5 minutes and repeating. Then I get a gateway and cybernetics core and get 4 stargates and get a mixed army force.
VERY important to keep spamming the Nexus ability. You don't start getting gas till very late, so you have an incredible mineral economy.
IGNORE ZEALOTS

A tier one unit that's really fast, ignores terrain, and eats buildings and workers for breakfast? Sheesh.
