This just happened to me, i bought a Core i5 barebones kit - somehow they paired the wrong RAM with the motherboard :P

my 7 DVD FINALLY showed up today. I'm about to take the plunge.

I've got a Q. I'm running 32 RC on this machine and I have a key for 64bit. Is there a way I can upgrade my version or would I have to reinstall the OS?

You would have to reinstall yes, you cant upgrade 32 to 64
