and we back now from watching it and it has nothing... all the hints of beta went dark... the hype that was generated in the last week, all, ALL THAT hype was destroyed in a few hours.
but hell.... watching draco vs apollo worth it!!! xDDD

Jace hall's show kind of heightened the hype really. I think most of it came from the conference call and several other things. Although I think a lot of people were expecting to see some Beta related material. Didn't Jace Hall say there was going to be some kind of big news dropping from this episode? I don't see it if there is.
the bar (how do you spell that?) and diablo 3 DDR style is kinda big news... G_G

Actually, Jace Hall's Facebook merely said that he had a video game scoop generically and didn't specify where it came from. I think that with it being said right after the reveal of his Season 3 trailer lead to this misunderstanding.Quote:

Honestly, they still put up the beta download instructions. There's still lots of stuff going down at Blizzard beta related, and it's coming fast. I mean you've waited this long, what's another few days/weeks? That's all it will be. We've gotten this thread which has a ton of pertinent information, which is a lot more than we would get on any other fansite or from Blizzard this past week. SO maybe a little gratitude? Anyone who's disappointed if it's not today has only themselves to blame.
After consideration and seeing the tone of this thread, I'm going to close it for now. Frankly, I've had an opportunity to share what I could with you, and the moment a misunderstanding happens it's interesting to see how many of you twisted around.
I had two choices when I found some of the newest information that I was getting. One was to share it with a community that I loved. The other was to simply keep it to myself. I found a way in some form to do the first and no matter how it started, it's ended up how it is.
I will uphold my word that when I can reveal it, I'll post the full explanations in here, but in light of the tone of the past few pages, this thread is creating more issues than it's resolving and I've come to the point of admitting that.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake, my second time so far and I've done what I can to explain the misunderstanding. If you have any further questions regarding the subject, feel free to send me a PM. Though I won't apologize for an attempt to share any information I have with those I've come to appreciate/respect, I will apologize for any stress that I may have caused any of you with the maintenance of this thread.
Ultimately, my intent was to help with a credible source of information.. when I post again in this thread later, you will see that.
