I don't blame him one bit. This game has been teased for too long now and most people are probably sick of it. Sure it may be cute at first, but after 3 years it's just obnoxious.
"Internal" doesn't really mean much given Blizzard's penchant for changing their minds. Another month could very well pass, and all this thread will end up doing is aggravating fans further while at the same time damaging the reputation of SCL.
Until words are written in blue, I find it impossible to believe anything being hinted at...be it internal or external.
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
I'm still enjoying this! And I definitely believe the staff wouldn't be doing this if there wasn't excellent reason ;)
Worst case scenario I can distract myself with Mass Effect 2 very soon anyway :P
By the way, does anyone have ANY inklings about a BR5? I almost forgot about it. Last hint I remember of another possible BR was the SC2GDF poll.
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
Gifted, do some more coding.
Find some posts where people guessed at what it all means and code those posts.
Or collect some "pages" for your "book".
Do something :p
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
Why does us being a better place for info than anywhere else damage our reputation?
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
Information? Where? I'm still looking.
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
The fact you can't see it thankfully doesn't mean it isn't there.
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
For those people who might not have been around for a long time, I might suggest you to take some time to look at the following thread. It might be alleviating to know that some of the information I've been able to provide in the past was not always as restricted as it is now.

You call this info? Nowhere is the same thing being stated by Blizzard. Until that happens it's just supposition...which is all we've had for 3 years to help us make the transition from internal to external.
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
What this community, and game, really needs is more trailers like this.
@Blazur - so we agree it's information of some type or form then?
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
The funny thing is, I know exactly how these people feel. For a long time I hated Blizzard for making WC3 and WoW instead of SC2. Then once they announced SC2 I HATED THEM for doing so little with it when there was so much potential.
I've been on this ride as long or longer than most here. I remember the furor leading up to SC1's release. I'm well aware of Blizzard and their annoying nature.
In fact, I HATE the fact that they refuse to come out and give us real answers. It makes me feel like they don't care about us, it makes me feel that they are a poor games company.
But nothing we do will change that. They do things their way and we have to deal with it.
And here we have one of our best members, voted Best Newbie (he beat me, he's GOT to be good :p) and almost voted Best Staff, and he's trying to give us something to do, something helpful.
Let's face it folks: we're not going to know ANYthing for sure until we actually have the beta installed on our HDDs. Even if right now, today, Blizzard said "Beta coming in two weeks"...we couldn't believe them, because if anybody finds a way to delay the beta past two weeks, it would be them. Until we're actually playing the Beta there's nothing that is assured.
What Gifted has done here is give us some tidbits, some way of at least guessing what's going on because we're never going to hear it from Blizzard. It's given us something to ponder and do in our time of dryness and need.
Gifted, I appreciate what you've done and thank you for it. If people can't appreciate it, I understand, but I also respectfully request that they take a moment to think things over.
