Wanted to lay down some thinking/reading I've done over the last day since the first gift: '1000' could possibly to February 11th, marking the 1000th day that has gone by since SC2 was announced back in 2007.
This maybe nothing, and this may be old news. If so, sorry, but wanted to share my thinking.
(365+365+182) = 912 days + 88 days = 1000 days
The last number in this calculation is an aprox. Someone plz attempt to count the days since the anouncement
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
Announcement was May 17th, right? Pretty sure that makes Feb. 11 1000 days. 17+31+30+17 = 95. 365x3 =1095
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
19 + 30 * 8 + 365 + 365 + 11 + 365 = 1000
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
On the first day of the announcement, Blizzard gave to me:....
what if the numbers are a continued fraction?
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
1000 days. That is a very interesting observation. I would not have seen that. I was pretty sure we would see something during Starcraft's anniversary last year, and boy was I wrong about that!

That's funny, I'm having pot roast right now. (YUM)
Side note: I want to see your house on Christmas. I bet there's a lot of good gifts. :D
Re: The Gifts of StarCraft 2
We listen to the tales and romanticize,
how we follow the path of the hero.
Boast about the day when the rivers overrun,
How we'll rise to the height of our halo.
Listen to the tales as we all rationalize,
our way into the arms of the savior.
Feigning all the trials and the tribulations.
None of us have actually been there,
Not like you...
Ignorant siblings in the congregation.
Gather around spewing sympathy,
Spare me...
None of them can even hold a candle up to you.
Blinded by choice, these hypocrites won't see.
But enough about the collective Judas.
Who could deny you were the one who illuminated?
Your little piece of the divine.
