Blizzard Conference Call

Five months ago, Blizzard had a conference call, and the bad news hit us. No beta in 2009. It's time for another conference call, will we be getting good news this time?

On Wednesday the 10th of February Blizzard releases their 2009 results calendar and will also hold a conference call that will be broadcast over the Internet.
Last year on August the fifth we got the bad news that the beta would not see the day of light because of the development of the new Battle.net platform, and it had been pushed to the first half of 2010.
In hopes for new announcements, the expectations are of course sky-high, this could be the day that Blizzard announces the beta date, and maybe a release date for Starcraft 2. It's still speculations if they will announce anything, but this is in fact broadcast over the Internet.

We might not get specific dates, but at the very least I think they will announce what "fiscal quarter" they are planning for SC2 and the WoW expansion. The bean counters need to know when the cash will arrive.

Fingers crossed that the first half of 2010 (also known as June) is still the goal.

Looks like SC2 might be released near my birthday in mid June as I've been suspecting for a while.

StarCraft 2 Beta will start like Blizzard's other games beta did
but lately they've changed and they are building more hype around, so I guess that they will start the beta on that day
I had this weird feeling for some time, that I will get to play StarCraft 2 again very soon and lately with all those radar-picked up informations it only build up the tension, but in the end...I feel nothing, dunno why
