Just wondering how popular or unpopular they are.
I made a poll thread about them. Its here.

He doesn't either, and you would've known that had you read the rest of it.
I'll admit myself that I've had tons of fun macroing. I used to build up a formidable defense to keep everyone out while I quickly teched to the max. There was a great feeling in knowing that in a matter of minutes I was gonna have an enormous army that could wipe out the opposition in no time.
Re: Is it wrong to want an simple game ?
Starcraft should be easy to learn, hard to master. Everyone is never going to agree with what's fun. Better to have Mechanics in place to differentiate the Pros from the Joes. If the "casual" players don't want to use the mechanics, they don't have to. They just won't be competitive. Which is the whole point.

Does it not register in your brain that a runner would find running fun?
Re: Is it wrong to want an simple game ?

And thanks for the link to the poll, it's realy interesting to look at, and to see what people voted. :)

As I said, he's like a puppy. There is no logical followthrough with him.

I didnt take issue with that part of his post. I had itially quoted the whole thing but then I removed that part. If Nicole truely believes there is more to fun than direct confrontation then were on the same page.
Re: Is it wrong to want an simple game ?
Simple makes for a boring e-sport. It's why they don't have Boom Blox tournaments.
