From SC twitter.
It looks like a pregnant Command Center.
I like it, almost as much as that crane next to it.
...And Pauly Shore is trapped inside somewhere...
X
Tychus to Jim: Whats up buuuuuuddy? Those BBQ Zergling wings? Munchie munchie!
Not terrible, not amazing. But I do like seeing unique doodads like this, they would certainly be fun to use to create missions.
That one looks more like a unique builiding to me (if we're talking about the one in the middle), because you can see team colour.
Now somebody needs to blow it up.
......with nukes?
Or...we could use Banelings for irony.
I have a strong suspicion this is an upgrade for the command center. The link even says BioDomeCommand.jpg

But what could it do?....
Well, if you look at the file name, it's "SCIIDoodad-BioDomeCommand.jpg"
It's a modified Command Center, but it's also a Doodad.
X
Im going to bet everything around it is a doodad (cept for the depot).
It even has the round suction feet that Terran buildings tend to have - that means it can probably lift off and fly away, starting its airborne reign of bio-terror.
It has team color AND a Raynor's Raiders decal on it. There's a real biodome doodad next to it too.
So is this bidome command really a doodad? I think it's more of a singleplayer only building than a background object.
Probaly a campaign objective, that needs to be defended , destroyed or captured :p
I want an Infestor to squeeze inside and gore up everything.

So we can create whole topics for little news updates? Nice to know :D
It's a single player macro building!!!
you just reminded me of something. Oh and heres the image for comparison.

We can only hope :D
I cant see the OP image for some reason, and I dont have twitter wtf lol >.<
It says im logged in :(
It's a link to an image on sc2.com. Hmm, maybe someone should rehost, but here's the link: http://www.starcraft2.com/images/new...omeCommand.jpg
Hmmmm, would be cool if there was a Command Center with a food upgrade.
But yeah, Its probably a doodad which may be part of an objective in a mission
haha +1 this is win.Quote:

Maybe they realized the PF was overpowered, and decided to replace it with this :D
I doubt this is for Agria.
And what makes you think that?Quote:

I hope this becomes a customizable chestpiece for Terratron!
If anything, Agria is the most logical planet for these bio domes to be on.
Biodomes always remind me of Natural-Selection. I'd love to see it infested with some Zerg creep
How so? Agria is a farming colony. While the civilians will be in those vehicles, one strategy for beating the mission involves going out into the farmland and fighting the zerg there (on the grounds that if you kill the zerg at their spawning centers [and get those chrysalises that give bonuses], you don't actually have to defend the colonists since there won't be any zerg alive to attack them).
We got chippies, we got munchies, we got lots of stuff to EAT!
The Bio-Dome seems like something we'll see a lot of, to be honest.
It's something that would be necessary on every colony. Grow crops for the colonists and what-not.
That said, it does seem a tad bit out of place on an Agria-type world. I would imagine it more necessary on, say, an ashworld, iceworld, or sandworld.
