Humor still must make sense. A goldfish swimming on the Immortal's tank is ridiculous, but it can swim there. A Stalker scratching his head is funny, but it has a reason to be scratched: it's a biological head.

It's funny because it shouldn't be scratching its head (even though it can). Just as how the goldfish isn't supposed to be in the tank. There's no reason why the goldfsh is in the tank. Just as how there doesn't need to be a reason for the Stalker to scratch his head. Seriously, you're over-analyzing things. I sincerely doubt Blizzard actually stopped to think why the Stalker blinks or scratches his head. It looks cool and those bits presented humor. That's about as far as I (and odds are, they) went with it.
Re: Protoss Stalkers, Organic or Machine?
Maybe the goldfish is really a mechanical goldfish "infused" with the essence of a goldfish....
In fact why dont we start assuming that all protoss heads that look real are actually decoy heads.

Because we have no reason to. With the Stalker, there is; namely that the rest of it is mechanical. Now, I'm not saying it's confirmed or uncontested; just that it is a credible belief.

The rest of the immortal is mechanical.
actually you know what, since you did temper your statment by saying its not 100% confirmed (lol BNET forums) I guess we can just wait and see.

because it says blatantly on the unit page that the actual body of the dark templar was not put inside, but rather the essence unlike the dragoon or the immortal, where it blatantly says that their is a crippled veteran inside
Your the one who is ignoring this fact, then make some dumb opinionated theory on how when blizzard says essence, they actually mean body. That they just like being inconsistent like that for no reason.

It doesnt blatantly say that the actual body is not put inside. It says that the essence is infused. What do you think that essence is? There soul?
I hate to break it to you but protoss dont have souls. They are not catholic.

Perhaps. But as the Zealot's Rush and Phase Prism's lore show, the Protoss' physical form can be converted into pure energy and be stored in crystals.

Where is psi energy stored?
That was a ridiculous statement to make. This is starcraft, a sci-fi video game. If a an alien race wants to store the non-physical essences of their warriors inside a machine, they damn well can.
Nothing in starcraft make sense because psionics does not exist, with no logical proof in real life. Yet everything the protoss does is based on psionic energy, a non-existent source of energy.
