Atm, Some look weaker like phase cannon or spine crawler but others look pretty strong like bunker salvation and banelings but in the end all of them have them have the potential to be really useful.

Yeah, probably that's what happends. I don't like it, instead of adding a pre-delay, they should allow the enemy more time to dodge by taking damage slower. I don't get this new ideas of "all or nothing" gameplay, instead of taking damage proportional to positioning and dodging skill.

Looking at the speed of Zealots and Marines, it doesn't looks a lot faster to me. Zerglings are damn fast, however.

You still had to pick your units correctly, but it seems like a lot of the strategy to the game has been lost in the lust for speed and more action. I think when you kill someones army, they shouldn't be able to jump back on their feet so quickly, it might make it less fun to watch with down times like that, but it almost feels like it's a mass game w/o it. So the game might require it, and Blizzard always puts Gameplay over everything else.
But I really hope it's just me and this BR, heck I played the game and I'm still saying this.
I think it's ok. You can build a lot of units easier, but getting more resources will get you the advantage, like always has been.

Yeah, Zealots don't have any chance vs the Planetary Fortress, it was a bad idea. I'm worried than the Terran's natural expansions will be too safe from attack with it. I suppose beta will tell.

Ive yet to see bunker salvaging (salvation?) or banelings be used to contain. The best the banelings did was BR2. So no, I dont think atm they look pretty strong.

Is it a good idea? Probably not. A simple demo showing off new units is probably enough for a casual fan, and these games aren't really great examples of what exciting e-sports can be.
My RL buddies who don't know a thing about e-sports love these battle reports and love the commentaries that come with them. Do the commentators go overboard at times? In my opinion, yes -- but I just need the action on-screen; the rest is for other people.
By the way, it's kinda weird that one of the best shows of micro in the game went overlooked by the commentators -- when David Kim plops down a Hellion so the Stalkers will auto-attack it, instead of the Medivac, keeps going with the Medivac, catches up with the Hellion, and 3 Hellions and a Medivac survive.
Another hit from Stalkers and they would have been dead. 75 minerals per Hellion, 200/100 or whatever for the Medivac, that's a HUGE save... and looked awesome, to boot.
Very good show of skill there. Great BR.
Re: Battle Report #4 is OUT!!!
I like the commentary too, I don't mind the mellowed out commentating but when they get all excited it makes it more enjoyable for me to watch it.

Have to agree here. Plus, the delay is like...uh....nothing? There's like a half second of the little 'tornado' animation before the damage kicks in, and by the time the units move its almost all over.

I have to say, I do like some excitement in a commentary. - Its one of the reasons I like Cholera's replays so much. However, compared to the Korean commentators, Cholera sounds like he's giving a eulogy. I don't know what they are saying, but most of the time, it sounds like the booth needs to be hosed down after its over.....Yipes!......almost makes me want to learn Korean. :)
.
Re: Battle Report #4 is OUT!!!
Honestly, I kind of tune out the commentators until they spout a new catch-phrase/soon to be internet phenomen like "Terrible Terrible Damage!"

Was actually hoping, "sneaky shenaniganz" would take off, (and I think Browder did too) but it doesn't look like it's happening. :)
