So who are they? Do you listen to classical music?
My favorites are:
-Saint-Saens
-Bach
-Telemann
-Brahms
-Vivaldi
Close 2nds are Dvorak, Widor and Albinoni. I'm really not a fan of the ever popular Mozart and Beethoven. Even though they both have some really great stuff that I could listen to every day, in general I tend to stay away from everything else they made.

Beethoven all the way. One of my life goals is to be able to play all of his Sonatas.
Seeing his Emperor Concerto performed on the 30th of this month. The 2nd movement is probably the most beautiful song I've ever heard.

Vivaldi, Beethoven, Wagner and Mozart are my favorites, in that order. While a lot of detractors claim Vivaldi made only 1 song and simply changed it, I disagree. My personal favorite is Concerto for 2 Chellos, Strings, and Continuo in G Minor (or R.531) is a stunning piece of music that I listen to almost every day, and I'm also partial to his Spring.
Wagner was more an operatic than a composer, but who can say they don't enjoy Ride of the Valkyries? Some of his pieces are amazingly emotional and enjoyable.

lol that makes me remember the days I used to play battlefield vietnam. You could open the radio in your chopper and play ride of the valkyries which was fitting the whole atmosphere so well.

My favorite too, Bach at his best. I prefer the Fugue over the Toccata though.
