Honestly there's really no good reason why this takes so long. I mean it's not like the guy translating has 45345324 other jobs to do. The problem might be that they are sending the transcript to the chinese government which in turn takes 4554325 days to approve it and you can see the other problem here if the government doesn't accept it. So yeah if this is the case, lets focus our hate towards the chinese government.

They need to focus on those of us who actually get to look at content freely. China doesn't exactly get to log on to wherever they want on the internet... I'm sure blizzard or sc2.com isnt on the "Pro communism" list.

I said it before and now I will bitch again... if my source of entertainment came from a place that spoke a different language than me, I would expect delays between the original video and me getting a translated version.
It really sucks that we have to wait weeks (maybe months?) to get something as simple as a gameplay video through the localization process. Which as others have pointed out is probably more a legal issue than a language translation issue.
