Xyrin reporting in, (The person who made the post on Battle.net)
I'll ask my friend tonight (He gets off work at 8:30) about how the mechanic worked exactly to get some more information on it.
From what I took on what happened, he made it sound like as soon as he had the distinct advantage in which the computer had no chance, the computer player called gg and surrendered... I am not sure if it quits the game or allows you to finish them off, this I will find out.
At the point of when the computer GGs it is clear to you and the computer that you are going to win, after it says GG it says
The computer is asking to surrender, Accept?
[Yes] [No]
If you hit yes you win and the game is over, if you hit no you can stay in the game and keep fighting, the computer will fight back as much as it can with the units it has left.
I remember Age of mythology saying something like
"you have destroyed all my kingdoom, will you stop this massacre to save my people"
If you answered yes, the computer inmediatly surrenders and u win... if not... then the comp say something like, "i guess u will not stop until my last villager dies".... which actually happened.... hahaha i loved that...
